Ordering / Sales / Purchase
99price.com is a wholesale online showroom that offers discounted wholesale prices with no minimum order. California customers are required to fax their applicable seller’s permit to (310)543-1177 before the purchase to have the sale tax waived. All other out-of-state sales are not subject to local sales taxes unless specified otherwise.
Products - All products are examined and sold NEW to our customers. We advise our customers to please make sure you identify the products that you wish to purchase before completing the transaction. The purpose of product pictures on our website is to illustrate and provide detailed appearance and texture look of the product at the best of our ability. Our customers should also accept and acknowledge that the appearance of actual products may be slightly different from product pictures shown on our website as they were professionally taken under studio settings. Also, some model pictures are sample image or example styling purpose only and they do not represent the actual product(s) we are offering on the page.
Samples - Unfortunately, there are no free sample offered with 99price.com. However, sample can be purchased at the reasonable street price ($12 to $19/each) plus shipping only for serious prospective buyers. Please email your request to sales@99price.com and registration with our website is required to process your sample request.
Package/Unit - For wholesale dozen/item purchase, all items including our assorted deal comes in pre-packaged quantities of 3pcs, 6pcs, or 12pcs/unit. Although customers can mix and match over different items to complete their orders, we are not able to break this pre-packaged unit for any reasons. Our pre-pack assorted color item includes items in different or similar colors and customer needs to be aware that they can not choose specific color and should accept color assortment they will receive. Also, please note that the package box may be sometime distorted due to shipping conditions beyond our control.
Pricing - All prices are subject to change without prior notice. The prices currently offered through our website are the best price we can offer at this point and there will be no further discount can be given unless one-time order is $1500 or more. Pricing on the same item varies depending on the quantities you purchase (3pcs/item, 6pcs/item, or 12pcs/item) or whether it is on sale or closeout status.
Out of stock items - Please note that due to our large selection of products and fast overturn rate, it is sometimes not possible for us to fulfill 100% of the order. The missing items are either out of stock or in discontinued status. We will ship out whatever we have in stock and will only charge on the products that we have shipped out. You will not be charged for the items that are out of stock or discontinued and the shipping cost will be adjusted accordingly.
Cancellation - Cancellation notice must be submitted either by phone/email no later than 12 hours after the order is placed. During this period if an order has not been sent to the warehouse for processing yet then we can cancel the order. However, due to the high cost of fulfillment and restocking operations, if the order has already gone into the processing period but before shipping then any cancellation will incur a 25% restocking fee.
Order Processing - We will make every attempt to ship your items on the same day you placed the order if they are in stock. It normally takes about 1-3 business days to process your order. We ship your order via USP Ground in most cases or via your choice of other expedite UPS service selected during checkout. For large orders, we maybe able to arrange common domestic freight carriers upon customer’s request.
Order Status - Order status are updated on an ongoing basis. On occasion, we will need to verify some information such credit card verification, additional shipping cost estimation, payment information, etc to approve and process the orders.
Custom Order - Special or custom order requested by the customer will require 50% initial deposit to process and it will not be refundable or exchangeable unless product is damaged during transit. Such Orders will be communicated to the customer for approval prior to processing.
Liability – 99price.com will not be responsible or liable for any labor, or incidental or consequential damage of any kind as the result of the product usage. Buyer shall assume the responsibility for operating the product in a safe manner and acknowledge any product risk. In no event shall our liability exceed the cost of the goods.
Shipping Policy
We will make every attempt to ship your items on the same day you placed the order if they are in stock. It normally takes about 1-3 business days to process your order. For large orders, we maybe able to arrange common domestic freight carriers upon customer’s request. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
We understand that you as customers have your own deadlines to meet, and we will try our best to meet those deadlines. However, due to the high turnover rate of the products, there are times when deadlines just could not be met. We apologize in advance for such inconvenience. Please make sure you place your order well in advance so that the chances for missing the deadlines are minimal.
Orders are shipped using standard UPS Ground, 3-Day Select, or 2nd Day Air. 99price.com shipping fees are equal to UPS shipping costs based on the weight of the item(s) ordered. If your shipping charge shows 0 for your order, it means you order will be calculated at a later time. We will contact you by email/phone to notify you of the exact shipping charge before processing your order. For orders over 150 pounds, 99price.com may arrange shipping via common domestic freight carriers.
Shipments that are refused or undeliverable will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%, in addition to applicable shipping, transaction and insurance fees. Furthermore, any shipments returned "REFUSED" for any reason will be permanently dropped as a distributor and no further shipments will be made. 99price.com does not ship to APO addresses.
For shipping cost, please check our website at the checkout. It will give you more accurate and interactive UPS freight estimate depending on the destination and service you select.
Standard Ground Delivery -- 3 to 7 business days.
2nd Day Air -- 2 business days.
3 Days Select -- 3 business days.
Overnight Air -- 1 business day.
Canadian customers please use "Standard Canada Ground" as the shipping method as UPS Canada can deliver to Canada at a very low Ground rate.
International Customers – 99price.com ships worldwide therefore international orders are welcome. However, when placing the order, please keep in mind of the relatively high shipping cost to your location. Unless you have your shipping agent in U.S., we will try to get the cheapest quotation for your international shipment depending on sizes, weight, and destination. When arranging such international order, the international customer or their agent must be responsible for all the custom clearance procedure, payment of duties, preparation of any import/export documents, and any other restrictions and fees if any at the destination. We will not be responsible for any returned shipment nor to accept such shipment to make refund for any reason. Please check the necessary import/export details in advance at the buyer’s sole discretion for your future smooth international transaction.

Payment Policy
99price.com accepts the following payment methods:
1) Credit Cards - VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express - Your credit card will be charged by ours under merchant name “Wholesale-Belt.com” once your order is shipped. Wholesale-Belt.com is the same company as 99price.com and just another registered D.B.A. (doing business as) name under main corporate headquarter, United General Trading, Inc. Your current billing address and phone information must be included and matched with every order. For safety and security reasons, orders will be shipped to the billing address only, unless you specify other shipping address at your sole risk otherwise.
2) Cashiers checks or Money Orders payable to 99price.com - Please note that your order will be processed once we have received the cashier check or money order.
3) Wire Transfer - We will accept only for order over $1500. Instructions will be given via a confirmation email once an order is placed.
Please note that we can not accept COD as a payment method.
