  Return Policy

Conditions for Returns:

99price.com will replace a product or issue a refund at no cost to the customers if the product is delivered with one of these 2 conditions.

Wrong product - If you received a wrong product due to our shipping mistake, please notify us within 2 business days and we will arrange for you to return the incorrect product (at our expense) and we will ship you the correct product or issue you a full refund (including shipping charges).

Defective Product - If you received a defective product, please notify us within 2 business days and we will assign a RA# for you to return the product (at our expense) back to us. After we have examined and confirmed the defective product we will ship out a replacement to you right away. For items that are sold in prepackaged bags or cases such as belts, belt buckles, sunglasses, and etc, we will replace the defective items ONLY. Please note that just because one or two items in a dozen are defective it does not mean that all of the items are defective.

Procedure to file for Returns:

If your products meet one of the conditions above, you have 7 days from the day of delivery to file for a return.

You can request a RA# number by sending an email to sales@99price.com with the following information:

*Your name, store, & company

*Your phone number

*Your billing address

*Your e-mail address

*Your original order number

*Reasons for returning the item

In the return package, please include a copy of your email invoice and your RA# number.  Please also write the RA# on the outside of the packaging.

Credit Card Refund:

Credit back to your credit card will take 1-2 weeks to appear on your credit card from the day we have received the returned products.

Other Refund:

Either company check or store credits will be given to the customers for the value of the returned products.

NO Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:
Any refused shipment sent back to 99price.com does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. The customer will have to make arrangements with 99price.com to receive the refused shipment again. Any returned shipment without the proper RA# does not constitute the right to a refund or credit and will be refused by 99price.com.

No returns will be accepted after 7 days of delivery, regardless of reasons.

Any other returns aside from wrong or defective products will not be normally approved. However, we accept some exceptions especially from first-time customers as a courtesy. In this case, the customer will need to notify their intent and reason within 48 hours of their receipt to obtain RA#. Original shipping charge will not be refundable and the customer is responsible to ship back the returning items safely to our office address at their cost. We are not responsible for any lost or gone in transit items. Credit or refund can only be issued after checking-in and inspecting the returned items. In the return package, please include a copy of your email invoice and your RA# number. Please also write the RA# on the outside of the packaging.

If you wish to test out our products please just place a minimum order such as our assortment deals to examine our styles and quality or request sample purchase via email.
