Lot Definitions
 
1.      What is your minimum order lot?
 
At this time only, We do not have any  minimum total for every time you place order.
 
2.      What is your wholesale unit? / How many products will be in 1 unit?
 
Our order unit is 1 dozen(12pcs), half dozen(6pcs), or quarter dozen(3pcs). For wholesale purchase, 1 unit contains 12 pcs, 6pcs, or 3pcs of same style, color, and size items. However, special assortment deals are exception which contains more than 2 styles , colors, and/or sizes in a unit. We cannot break this pre-pack or case unit for any reasons.
 
3.      Can I mix and match?
 
Yes. You can mix and match any style, color, and sizes by wholesale unit with us. For example, you can purchase 1 dozen (unit) of BT-1100-SIL in SM size & Half dozen (unit) of the same BT-1100-SIL in ML size & Quarter dozen (unit) of Cheeseburger CD Holders and so on to satisfy our order $99- minimum.
 
                                                                                                                  
About Our Products
 
1.      Do you offer a printed catalog?
 
Since our inventory is ever-changing to catch up with up-to-trend belt styles, we do not offer printed catalog of our wholesale products. All of our products are uploaded on our website, so you can check our comprehensive and up-to-date selections online 24/7.
 
2.      Do you have all of your products in stock?
 
Most of products you see online are in stock. However, in order to provide up-to trend style products, our inventory constantly changes, and some styles may be discontinued without any notice. We will try to reorder some of the most popular styles following in needs of our customers. The best way to check availability is to contact us via email sales@99price.com or call us @ (310)356-9910 during our business hours 9am-6pm PST Mon-Fri.
 
3.      What are special assorted deals?
 
Special Assortment deals give great opportunity for customers who want to try out our products and see how they do at your store. Content details such as quantity are specifically explained under product description. Normally, one dozen or half dozen are assorted with 2 to 12 styles/color/size different items.
 
4.      Can I make my own assortments? / Can I choose what’s included in assortments?
 
Unfortunately, all of our assorted deals are pre-packed, and we cannot offer ‘custom’ assortments for our wholesale customer. We currently offer more than 30 varied assortment specials and keep updating them as much as we can to meet our customers’ needs.
 
5.      Does your products have sizes?
 
Yes, some of them does and some of them doesn't. If any of our products has sizes such as belts and shoes, details are explained either on "Item Sizes - Material" section under site info or on the product description. If our product does not have sizes, most of products are in standard adult size unless otherwise mentioned. However, if you would like to find out more about size info on our products, please contact us at sales@99price.com or 310-356-9910 before you place an order with us.
 
6.      Does your belt have snaps to exchange buckles?
 
Our belts do not have snaps for a purpose of exchanging belt buckles.

 1.      How do I place an order?
 
You can place your order through our website. You just need to resister with us, first. Once your account becomes active, you can place an order with us 24/7 from anywhere. Your order will be shipped out to you, once your payment is accepted. We may take phone orders, but you still need to create an account with us. In order to omit error or miscommunication, online ordering is the most secure and easiest way for most of our customers.
 
2.      What methods of payment do you accept?
 
We accept major credit cards (VISA, Master, Amex, and Discover), as well as Wire Transfers. for orders over $1500- If you wish to pay by wire transfers, please contact us via email at sales@99price.com to obtain our bank instruction. We also accept advance U.S. dollar money order or cashier's check payable to "99price.com." However in this instance, customer has to mail in at their own risk and may take several business days to clear the check. Currently, we do not offer COD shipment or other payment terms.
 
3.      My card was declined because of AVS mismatch. What does it mean?
 
AVS stands for Address Verification Service. When your credit card is declined due to AVS mismatch, most likely it means a billing address you provided is different from the one your bank has on file. Most common cause is recent moving. We advise you to recheck billing address and contact your bank if you cannot find any error on it. 
 
4.      Do you offer any discount?
 
Our prices offered have already been deeply discounted at the best of our ability and there is no further margin we can eliminate in order to keep offering our great price. Instead, we would like to help save our buyers’ precious time in their decision making process by ensuring that we always offer great price for great quality products and hustle-free fast & convenient web buying process. Only for $1500- or more order, we will try to offer you 10% volume discount for qualified customers.
 
Shipping
 
1.      How do you ship?
 
We exclusively ship via UPS from Los Angeles, CA. If you are in hurry, we can ship out by UPS 3 Day Select or 2nd day air with additional shipping charge. For a big order (normally 150lbs or more), we may help arrange common carrier or LCL shipment as long as you let us know in advance for such arrangement at the time of order.
 
2.      How long does it take to receive my order?
 
All orders are normally processed within 48 business hours of order placement if the ordered items are in stock. Transit times run 3 to 7 days in most UPS Ground cases. When we ship out a package, we email you a tracking number so that you can see the shipping progress and approx arriving dates.
